BILOXI, MS (WLOX) - Steven Wilson Mandeville, 61, has been charged with tampering with physical evidence and felony motor vehicle taking in connection with the investigation into a body that was dumped on Seaman Road in Vancleave.

Mandeville turned himself into police custody Monday. His bond was set at $75,000. He is the third man arrested in connection with the investigation.

During the investigation, it was discovered the victim had died in the 200 block of Couevas Street in Biloxi but was taken to the location in Vancleave.
