LIST: Christmas parades roll through the Coast

SOUTH MISSISSIPPI, MS (WLOX) - It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas on the Gulf Coast! As December 25th quickly approaches, holiday festivities are in full swing.

Here’s a look at what’s happening Saturday.

The Ocean Springs Christmas festival started at 9 a.m. and will be rocking until 9 p.m.

Christmas at Gaston Point will be held from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Gaston Point Community Center. Children between 1 year and 12 years old are set to experience a holiday to remember in their own community.

The Escatawpa Christmas Parade lines up at 1 p.m. and the pade rolls at 2 p.m.

The ‘Bouffa Lighted Boat Parade begins at 5 p.m. until 11 p.m at Your Mama’z House in Biloxi. The parade and Christmas party features different raffles, a 50/50 drawing, door prizes, and live music.

There are several ongoing Christmas events including the Harbor Lights Winter Festival and ice skating at the Gulf Coast Coliseum.
